Refund policy

1. General

As Swiss law does not provide for a general right of withdrawal for online purchases, we voluntarily grant our customers a right of return in accordance with the following provisions.
This policy forms part of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

 

2. Withdrawal period

There is no right of withdrawal or return.
All orders are binding. Returns or exchanges of goods are excluded unless there is a defect or an incorrect delivery.

 

3. Conditions for cancellation

A right of cancellation or return applies only if the goods delivered are damaged or faulty.

In this case, the fault must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Once the defect has been verified, the ordered goods will be replaced.

There is no right of withdrawal or return for undamaged and correctly delivered goods. All orders are binding.

The following, amongst others, are excluded from withdrawal:

- Hygiene products, if their seal has been removed after delivery

- Personalised or custom-made products

- Digital products once the download or access has commenced

- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

 

4. Cancellation procedure

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us in writing before the cancellation period expires.

5. Returning the goods

Following the declaration of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the following address within 14 days:

Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

 

6. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs.

For returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect selection (e.g. wrong size), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the purchase price.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods, using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed.

A refund is subject to the goods being in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.

 

7. Loss of value

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
