Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout.

Deliveries are made by Planzer or Swiss Post AG

Orders placed by 2.00 pm are dispatched on the same working day, provided the goods are in stock

Delivery time: 1–3 working days

We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Freight Forwarding & Special Deliveries

For large or bulky items, such as:

- Electric wheelchairs
- Larger medical aids

delivery is arranged via a freight forwarder or the Rehabedarf AG delivery service.

Delivery costs are calculated individually based on the effort involved and the delivery address, and are communicated transparently in advance.
